I would like to thank you for your loyalty.
Year 2014 allowed us to continue our international development with the opening of our office near Frankfurt in Germany. Our location in Germany gives us access to the most dynamic recruitment market in Europe. This market gives us opportunities of exchanges with companies and candidates located also in the nearby countries (such as Switzerland and Eastern Europe). It is also an opportunity for us to meet Asian companies which favour Germany as their front door in Europe.
We are now located in France, Benelux (with Alhambra International in Antwerp), Germany & in the Middle East and our international activity grows very well.
In 2014, we strongly focused our activity on our strengths particularly High Tech & Digital, Manufacturing and supply chain. We were once again distinguished in the ranking of the most famous Executive Search agencies firms by Decideurs magazine especially in the following categories: Food Industry and High Tech & Digital. This award recognizes more than 8 years of work and performance and it is thanks to you clients, candidates and partners!
The evolutions which we had mentioned regarding recruitment during the last years are still present, particularly with the increasing impact of mobile applications for employment, development of video interviews, multi-channel recruitment and importance of Employer brand in a context of “Talents’ war”. All these recruitments trends are going to strengthen in 2015.
Another trend to be mentioned in this context of evolution of the recruitment, strongly impacted by the technology and the digital, is the importance of Executive Search agencies. Indeed, external suppliers are still very present with 31 % of the companies which use their recruitment services (according to study APEC on 2014). This trend is again going to strengthen with the development of promising jobs from the study Career Builder (Community Managers, Head of e-Commerce, Data Responsible Scientists or QHS), which requires the services of recruitment specialists to identify, select and recruit new profiles.
And in the end, we have a last macroeconomic trend from INSEE (French National Institute for Statistics), which mentions the possible return to stable economic growth in 2015 and an increase of the jobs vacancies. A favourable economic outlook is possible in Europe, mentions the Institute, thanks to several factors: Price reduction of oil, Euro’s depreciation, restoration of business margins for companies including French ones…
