Alhambra International is an Executive Search firm and HR consulting company, and for these purposes we collect a variety of personal data necessary to provide such services in a secure and highly confidential database accessible only by Alhambra International. Candidate Data:

In order to provide you the best employment opportunity or Career Assessment, we need to process certain information about you. We only ask for details that will help us to support you in a recruitment process or an assessment, such as your name, contact details, education details, employment path, salary information, referrals for professional experience checks and your CV. You may also choose to share other relevant information with us. When appropriate and in accordance with local laws and requirements, we may also collect other information. We usually collect this information by email or via the public information you mention on social networks.

Client Data:
We only collect and register the data that you transmit us through emails and only in order to assist you when we deliver you one of our HR services. We register data such as your name, phone number, email address at your organisation.  We also register information relating to the contract that you sign with us for each assignment.

To provide our Executive Search services to our clients, we may need to present you as a potential candidate for a specific assignment. Alhambra International doesn’t transfer your data without your prior agreement. Furthermore, each Alhambra International’s partner commits to have implementing the appropriate data integrity and security measures required in order to protect your information and especially in the country in which they operate.

– Other situations that may involve the use of personal information (without being limited to): updating of data; responding to inquiries; other communications; modification, improvement, refinement and validation of intellectual property and technology; accounts and records; responding to complaints and other inquiries; personal data can also be used for proposals, engagement letters, presentations, research surveys, white papers, advertising, marketing and public relations.

Alhambra International can use personal data submitted to us for the purposes stated above but is not limited to the purposes stated above. Alhambra International remains responsible for how the personal information will be used.
